Week 5 and we’re still online! Personally learning online is becoming incredibly tedious and challenging for me, I am definitely a face to face learner, regardless of this i persist and try to stay on target. Luckily for me this week I found Service Desing interesting. I found the notion of using Service Design to attract or make your store more desirable rather than the store down the road that has the same services useful information.

Learning about stakeholders was helpful for the group assignment; at first, I was struggling to wrap my head around that they’re not just the ‘End User’ but anyone affected by the idea.

In my group assignment, we were able to use the knowledge learned about stakeholders and stakeholder maps and ecosystems to slowly but successfully complete this necessary part of the project process.
