I am bringing my designing team’s idea(s) to life through prototyping. The seminar this week pushed the idea that creating prototypes is one of the most essential steps in the process. Designing and creating the prototypes provides the design team with a huge step in regards to visualising their ideas. This had me excited for this step with my group assignment. I feel like I have a greater understanding of the prototype process now, especially since i now know the difference between ‘low fidelity’ and high fidelity’ prototyping. Whereas before I only really thought of prototyping as a mock of the closest thing to the new final product.

The group and I delved into what kinds of prototypes we wanted to explore as we are focusing on an app our prototypes ideas unfolded in a very two dimensional way.
